Scroll down to Multimedia (mms) Messages make sure there is a check in Group messaging and Auto-retrieve, uncheck the other boxes for now. Then under Notifications put a check in Notifications. Then scroll back up to the top and tap on SMS enabled and tap on Mobile networks, make sure Data Enabled has a check. Things are great now, but even after following the described procedure, some people end up complaining about not managing to get MMS messages to download properly. In order to solve the problem, you have to restart the handset and this will be enough for most cases.
